Born in Odessa (Ukraine) with a TV Show with over 18 Million viewers monthly in the USSR, Elena Lasco has always combined the best loved classical music for piano with jazz and "capitalist" music. After being a protegé of the Royal Norwegian Court she now lives between Paris and Madrid and those who were lucky enough to have heard her with us in March last year have finally got their wish: The fiery Russian Lady is back with her charming way of captivating the audience. A wonderful concert with a surprise for those who always thought piano recitals were a stiff, and outdated afaire. Señora Lasco brigs her obvious fun across and is a joy to listen to and to watch when she is playing everything out of memory!
